11. Accounting and auditing

(1) The account of income and expenditure of the fund shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The audit of the fund will be done by the Auditor General's department.
(3) The Government of Nepal may at any time, if it wishes, examine or cause to be examined the accounts of income and expenditure of the fund, related documents and other cash items.
